Pop Up Pets Terms and Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern bookings and participation in animal encounter events hosted by Animalia Encounters. By making a booking, you agree to the following:
1. Bookings & Payments
- All bookings must be made through our official booking system or directly with us.
- Tickets are strictly non- transferable and may not be resold. Any tickets resold or transferred will be void and entry will be refused without refund.
- Payment is required at the time of booking. We use Stripe to process payments securely.
- Prices listed are in GBP and include any applicable taxes.
2. Event Participation
- Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by our staff.
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
- We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone who poses a safety risk to our animals, staff, or other guests.
3. Animal Welfare
- All interactions with animals are supervised and follow strict welfare guidelines.
- We reserve the right to alter or cancel parts of an encounter to ensure animal safety and wellbeing.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
📅 Customer Cancellations
- More than 48 hours before
the event:
Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to animaliaencounters@gmail.com at least 48 hours before the event.
- Less than 48 hours before
the event:
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable. Failure to attend the event without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation within 48 hours and is non refundable.

Tickets are non transferable and may not be resold. Any tickets that are resold or transferred will be invalid, and entry will be refused. This policy in if place for safety reasons and to ensure all attendee details are provided in advance.

- If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances:

5. Liability
- While we take every precaution to ensure safety, animal encounters involve inherent risks.
- By participating, you accept all responsibility for any personal injury or damage that may occur, except where caused by negligence on our part.
6. Photos & Media
- We may take photos during events for marketing purposes. Let us know in advance if you do not wish to be photographed.
7. Data Protection
- Personal data is collected and stored in line with our [Privacy Policy].
- Payment information is handled securely via Stripe and is not stored on our servers.
- We may also collect information through forms powered by Tally. This includes any data you voluntarily submit (such as contact details or responses) and is processed securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
